Q: Are these dresses made locally in South Africa or are they imported?
A: All the dresses are imported from the USA. The factories are based in China.
The designs, quality control, sizing and fabrics are all according to American standards.

Q: Can the dresses be made to order - according to my measurements and my own design?
A: No. The dresses are factory made and come as is.
They are however available in a wide range of sizes and colors and we believe that we offer a large enough selection of styles to cater for everyone.

Q: Which colors are the different styles available in?
A: Download our Pricelist which lists all the styles displayed on the website together with available sizes and colors.

Q: How long does it take for the dresses to arrive once I place my order?
A: It takes between 3 and 4 weeks for a dress to arrive from America. This depends however on whether the dress is in stock with our suppliers.

Q: Do you carry any stock in South Africa - I want to see the dresses first before placing an order?
A: Yes - absolutely. Our Decorlicious head office has about 400 dresses in stock in a selection of styles, colors and sizes.
Each Decorlicious outlet also carries a range of dresses in stock. Please enquire at your nearest outlet.

Q: Can I fit the dresses and is there a fitting charge?
A: With pleasure. You are welcome to contact your nearest Decorlicious outlet to book a private appointment.
There is no charge for fitting.

Q: How do I know what size to order if the dress has to be imported?
A: Your nearest Decorlicious outlet will assist you with selecting the correct size based on your measurements.
Download our "General Size Chart" to see the various sizes.
This size chart will give you an idea of your size but we will use more detailed and accurate size charts
which vary slightly between our various suppliers.

Q: What happens if the dress arrives and it does not fit or I don't like the way it looks?
A: You are under no obligation to purchase the dress if you are not 100% satisfied.
If you have paid a 50% deposit then you will receive a full refund.

Q: What happens if the dress I am ordering from America is not in stock?
A: This is unfortunately out of our control. We therefore strongly suggest that you give us a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice when placing your order,
although we will always try our best to order your 1st choice.

Q: How does payment work?
A: Payment is strictly COD. Please enquire at your nearest Decorlicious outlet how they would prefer payment.
EFT transfers are also possible.
A 50% deposit is required when placing overseas orders. The balance is payable once the dress arrives.

Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: No but we do have a CD with our catalog which you are welcome to collect at your nearest Decorlicious outlet.
